Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R) on Wednesday is expected to announce plans concerning the first stage of the state’s coronavirus recovery efforts. At an April 24 news conference, Hogan described plans for Maryland to reopen in stages, including the gradual lifting of the state’s stay-at-home order and allowing a number of small businesses to reopen.
