With an increasing number of new COVID-19 cases in Singapore linked to foreign worker dormitories, Minister Lawrence Wong on Thursday (Apr 9) said that the Government was “sparing no effort” to contain the spread of COVID-19 virus in the foreign worker dormitories. “We have a responsibility for these foreign workers who have come all the way here at considerable expense to make a living in Singapore,” Mr Wong said.
