Once a week in a quiet uninterrupted place, write down a vision for outcome/goals/changes you desire in your life. It could be anything. But it’s something that you believe would enrich your life. Bring more meaning to it. It would be a better job, a new relationship. more money, better health. It could even be a desire to see a better world. Write down as much as you want or as much as you can. Even include how you would feel once you’ve achieved the outcome. Paint a picture with your words. With as much detail as possible. Remember, it’s not your mind, but your feelings that create the energy that will bring things to fruition. Don’t let fear or doubt stop you. As you write, acknowledge how your body is responding to that list. It will highlight your limiting beliefs / your inner thermostat. Once you’ve written down as much as comes to mind, on the next page, write down all the beliefs you need to have to support the vision you have. So, if you’ve written down, “I desire a better job”, write down beliefs that you need to have to support that outcome. Eg. I am capable of a different role. I have what it takes etc. If it’s a loving relationship, list beliefs such as “I am loving” or “I attract loving partnerships” etc. Then pick one item from your list and imagine what life would be like once you’ve achieved that outcome.
