A quick look at his opening monologue shows that he certainly kept his promise, as he fired off jibes that targeted everything from DiCaprio’s propensity for age-gap romances to Scorsese’s height.  He also made a joke about box office bomb Cats that broadcaster NBC deemed so offensive, they bleeped it out, before taking aim at Hollywood activists, telling them: “You’re in no position to lecture the public about anything.
