T Mobile Super Bowl Commercial 2021 || Gwen Stefani || Blake Shelton || Adam Levine The music real-life engaged couple were the centerpiece of T-Mobile’s Super Bowl commercial along with Maroon 5’s Adam Levine The setup: A few years ago, Levine and Stefani were video chatting over a less-than-stellar mobile connection, presumably not on T-Mobile’s network. Stefani was explaining her ideal choice in a partner: someone cultured, from another country and someone not scared of a strong woman. Levine heard differently and set up her and Shelton on a date. Stefani was less than impressed.

If you thought Gwen Stefani had No Doubt about Blake Shelton, think again.  On Super Bowl Sunday, a new T-Mobile ad reveals the “real” reason the pair got together, showing it all had to do with … what else … spotty phone coverage.  The ad shows Stefani on a call with “The Voice” co-star Adam Levine, telling him she’s ready to start dating again (presumably after her breakup with Gavin Rossdale). Among her many requests, she says she’s after a cultured guy who may be from another country.  Thanks to bad phone coverage, Levine only heard she was looking for someone uncultured from the country, and that led him to his “The Voice” frenemy Shelton. The pair are set up on a date, and hilarity ensues.  T-Mobile says don’t trust your love life to “just any network,” but considering Shelton and Stefani are now engaged, maybe bad coverage isn’t so bad after all? GWEN Stefani playfully dissed her fiancĂ©e Blake Shelton as “uncultured” in a brand new Superbowl Commercial with Adam Levine.  The famed couple took a comedic stance for their T-Mobile advertisement, where they joked about their vastly different backgrounds. Â ïżœïżœ Follow our Super Bowl live blog for the latest news & updates  The scene began as Gwen sat poolside in California and Facetimed her co-star and friend Adam Levine while the words ‘A Few Years Ago’ played on the screen.  The blonde bombshell told her fellow singer than she was “ready to start dating again” and was “sick of L.A. guys.”  “I want someone completely different, maybe from another country. And someone cultured and sensitive and who’s not threatened by a strong confident woman,” she explained.  Due to spotty network connection, Adam heard a completely different interpretation of Gwen’s request.  Through the video cutting in and out the Maroon 5 singer gathered: “I’m sick of L.A. guys. I want someone completely country. Uncultured, and threatened by a strong confident woman.”  Next, Blake Shelton walked up to the table singing: “It’s not wings or nachos, it’s wings and nachos! Hey, send my onion rings down here!”  Adam laughed as he focused back on the phone call: “I have your guy.”  Later, Blake and Gwen met on a blind date, where they were shocked at the match.  The country music singer stomped over to meet his date in a pair of cowboy boots with spurs, to which she gave a disapproving glare.  The [More]

And someone cultured and sensitive and who’s not threatened by a strong, confident woman,” she replies. However, the network isn’t too good, so Levine, who’s sitting in a restaurant, heard something else entirely.“I’m sick of L. A. guys,” he heard. “I want someone completely country, uncultured and threatened by a strong, confident woman.”At that moment, Shelton excitedly walks by with wings and nachos.“I have your guy,” Levine replies, chuckling. The commercial then speeds ahead to Stefani in a restaurant, mortified to find Shelton approaching her.“Oh my god. Hilarious, right?” she says.“I mean, no,” she adds, seemingly brushing him off before she questions whether he wore spurs and rode a horse to their date. The ad calls to mind T-Mobile’s earlier Super Bowl commercial, which explained how spotty service resulted in Tom Brady winding up playing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It certainly resonated with fans, who loved the commercial. All data is taken from the source: http://today.com Article [More]

Ever think about Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s relationship and wonder, “Huh, how’d that happen?” Them too, apparently. The couple teamed up with their Voice co-star Adam Levine for a Super Bowl LV ad for T-Mobile that poked fun at the unexpected nature of their relationship. In the hilarious clip, Stefani can be seen FaceTiming with Levine telling him she’d ready to meet a guy. But due to a spotty connection, her relationship requirements get a bit muddled, leading to Levine setting up the No Doubt singer with the country star. The ad even shows fans a glimpse of their “first date”—spurs and all. It’s proof that while opposites might attract, it’s not always at first sight. Watch the spot for yourself. The commercial was one of the big game’s most memorable ads, with Twitter lighting up over the couple’s willingness to troll themselves. Others though found the premise a bit confusing: was the ad claiming the couple had broken up (or never been together to begin with)? Or that if you wanted to find love, you shouldn’t use T-Mobile?
