YH heads to the ice rink to catch up with reigning Olympic gold medal champion ice dancer Meryl Davis to see what she’s been up to since taking home gold in Sochi with her partner Charlie White and getting a private how-to on some ice skating basics! She also tells us how she stays so fit and the key to her and Charlie’s success!

Mirai Nagasu is attempting a jump that no one else is competing. If she lands it at the US Figure Skating Championships she’ll be the third American woman in history to do so. She takes us behind-the-scenes her training for the triple axel.
