HAPPENING NOW—CUOMO UPDATE: New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is at an MTA facility in Flushing, Queens, where he will deliver an update on the state’s response to the coronavirus outbreak. This week, he announced that the NYC subway would be suspending service from 1 am-5 am everyday so that the trains can be cleaned and disinfected. Ontario’s chief medical officer of health Dr. David Williams and associate chief medical officer of health Dr. Barbara Yaffe are expected to provide an update on the latest COVID-19 cases in the province and discuss the public health agency’s ongoing response to the pandemic on Friday.
