Former vice president and Democratic presumptive presidential nominee Joe Biden made his first known public appearance outside his Delaware home in almost two months on Monday to mark the U.S. Memorial Day with a trip to a nearby veteran’s memorial. Biden along with his wife Jill, both wore black masks and laid a wreath of white roses at the memorial for Second World War and Korean War veterans. He then spoke with veterans, who were also wearing masks, before departing.
