Forging a Bronze Age style sword from a semi truck leaf spring, part 3. The sword is forged from a salvaged leaf spring, 5160 steel, this steel very good for swords and big knives. I use molds to forge the profile, as the central ridge common in most Bronze Age swords is almost impossible to make otherwise. The sword is full tang, including the guard. The blade length is approximately 60 cm.
