The BBC’s election night programme is hosted by David Dimbleby for the tenth time. He has filled this role since his first election night as host in 1979. BBC correspondents, led by Andrew Marr, Nick Robinson, Kirsty Wark and Sophie Raworth, are at the key counts. Jeremy Vine, Emily Maitlis and polling expert Professor John Curtice will analyse the results as they come in. Mishal Husain will be grilling the key political payers – and media editor Amol Rajan will be watching social media reaction. The BBC’s Political Editor Laura Kuenssberg will be on hand to provide analysis throughout the night. Huw Edwards will take over in the morning as lead presenter. Andrew Neil will take over as lead interviewer.
