Nearly 20,000 foreign workers are under quarantine in two dorms in Singapore – S11 Dormitory @ Punggol and Westlite Toh Guan – after large clusters of COVID-19 cases were found. As of Apr 5, the two dorms are linked to at least 90 cases of the coronavirus. At a news conference on Sunday, Manpower Minister Josephine Teo and Manpower Ministry Deputy Secretary (Workplaces) Jason Chen explained what’s being done to prevent further spread within those dorms.
