Okay! So this clip is FAR from perfect. The reason being, because it was a very difficult clip to create. But, in the end I still think its a cool effect so I’m posting it- even though its not what is normally up to my youtube standards for posting, haha! 🙂 This effect took about 2 hours total work time and nearly 8 hours of rendering time! Totally crazy! The details of creating this effect: The back lights are each individual generated lights with Video Copilot’s wonderful plugin Optical Flares working as the light source, flicker, and color control to all, over 80, lights. The disco ball texture was created in Photoshop and then I used a “Sphere” effect on it to make it round. The spot lights are Optical Flares as well.
