Meanwhile, Kuwait and Bahrain reported their first cases of the virus, while Turkey, Pakistan and Armenia closed their borders with Iran, as Tehran reported more coronavirus infections and deaths. Neighbouring Afghanistan also introduced travel restrictions.

The member of parliament Ahmad Amirabadi Farahani claims there have been 50 deaths from the virus, while the government says there have been 12. Toronto Raptors’ shooting guard Danny Green took questions Sunday at their season ending press conference and said he expects fans to be “ridiculously crazy” at Monday’s championship parade. Green also talked about how Kawhi’s decision to stay or go will impact a lot of players including his, but he “would definitely love to come back and be here.” The parade will see the team travel the downtown route in open-air, double-decker buses, with the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy beside them.
