Pokemon Sword but it another challenge run that will lead to my death

RULES OF THE NUZLOCKE:

RULE 1: When a Pokemon faints, they are considered dead and must be released.
RULE 2: I can only catch the first Pokemon I find per route, if the Pokemon is too high level to capture, I can try again with no penalty. Additionally this Pokemon must be found using tall grass*

Other important rules:
Rule 3: The No-Dupes clause: You cannot capture a Pokemon who you've already captured before (Or specifically, you cannot capture Pokemon who have a Pokeball next to their name). If the first Pokemon you encounter in a route has this Pokeball, you may attempt to capture another Pokemon.
Rule 4: I am allowed 1 item per battle.
Rule 5: Shiny Pokemon can be captured no matter what.
Rule 6: I must roll a dice if I'm making a decision between multiple Pokemon
Rule 7: A "Game Over" will occur once ALL Pokemon cannot be used, meaning if I still have Pokemon in the box, I'm still in it.

*The Wild Area is a weird unknown for me. If it turns out to be the MAIN way to catch Pokemon, we may modify Rule 2 a touch to allow for multiple captures within that area while still keeping it in the Nuzlocke spirit. Also in the same vein, dynamax raid battles might gain their own rule as we go along.
