Yes, the title’s a joke. I got the idea for the title for this video from a video that my good buddy Adam Tuminaro put out a while back…and he got the idea from a popular meme going around.

I thought it was funny and fit this slow motion demo of finger control in German grip. We get so caught up with trying to play faster faster faster that we can miss some of the finer nuances of our craft. Sometimes all it takes is seeing something in slow motion for it to make more sense. Hopefully this slow motion drum demo of finger control in german grip will do just that for you.
