Famous daredevil 'Mad' Mike Hughes has died after his self-made rocket crash landed, TMZ have confirmed.  Local reports say Mike propelled himself in 'self-made steam-powered rocket' which crashed into the ground.  Reporter Justin Chapman tweeted: "It is very likely he did not survive."  TMZ later posted an update stated that he had died.  Shocking footage shows his rocket fly into the air at Bairstow in California. After it takes off you can see his parachute drift away, without anyone attached.  Mike's former representative told TMZ: "When God made Mike he broke the mold. The man was the real deal and lived to push the edge.  "He wouldn’t have gone out any other way!
