Singapore may lift its circuit breaker when community cases fall to zero or single digits over a sustained period, Health Minister Gan Kim Yong said in Parliament on Monday (May 4) in a ministerial statement on the COVID-19 pandemic. “For any reopening of our borders, we are likely to start small and selectively, and to continue to impose a mix of isolation and test requirements, to protect ourselves from new imported cases leading to community spread,” he said.
