Nearly 20,000 foreign workers are under quarantine in two dorms in Singapore - S11 Dormitory @ Punggol and Westlite Toh Guan - after large clusters of COVID-19 cases were found.

As of Apr 5, the two dorms are linked to at least 90 cases of the coronavirus.
