After much confusion about which businesses could move to the second phase of New York State's reopening plan, some people arrived at Destiny USA Friday, May 29, 2020, ready to shop and were disappointed when turned away. Others who were there doing curbside pick-up said they'll continue using that option, regardless. As it turns out, shopping malls will not be included in phase 2.
