Labour shadow chancellor Rachel Reeves says schools should shut until the government's 'test, trace and isolate' system is up and running.

Earlier, Michael Gove told Sophy Ridge on Sunday that children and teachers would be safe under plans for a phased reopening of schools on 1 June.
