President Trump has downplayed the dangers of the pandemic, pressing that some Americans could return to work despite the advice of health experts. More than 200,000 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in the United States, which now leads the world in number of cases. More people have died in the U.S. from the coronavirus than in the 9/11 attacks.
